waterproofing concrete gutters
wet basement wall where the problem is?

I live in New Jersey and the corner of my basement (directly below my no prior / passing zone) is wet we just had a week of rain, I realized it was a wet ash block. It stopped raining for 2 days, but now 6 blocks of fresh concrete, even if it's raining. Is there a huge amount water sitting somewhere below? About 2 months ago I had a faulty channel caused the angle of the ship to sink a foot deep (instead as mentioned above). I fixed the canal and the road was repaired (they met – I think, but not with cement, gravel). I think the water comes from a thin gap between the bottom of the stairs before meeting the concrete walkway. Gateway has a small crack at it about a foot away from the gap between the walkway and front steps I have described above. I wonder if both or one of these could be the source of drain and how to fix. Once this issue is resolved I hope the tension of the wall in the basement.

The best way to handle this is to have water in your basement test, see "waterproofing" in your local phone book for companies that do that.
