The Mine: Location of Proposed Mine Page |
| Other Mine Page Options: Who is Tarmac? Scope of Mine Environmentally Sensitive Lands Inconsistent with Comprehensive Plan? Views of Existing Mines |
|
The delineation of the proposed mine property was
provided by Helen Addison of the Levy County Appraiser's Office. It was drawn
using the parcel numbers on Tarmac's Special Exception Application dated
10/23/07. NB: The entire parcel is located entirely in within Zone A which is the area of the 100 year floodplain. A map of that floodplain is coming soon. Part of the proposed mine is in the "areas with the Category I evacuation zone and shown in the Levy County Storm Surge Atlas, Cedar Key Evacuation Study. Levy County, Florida." |
